I think it is because you have not declared a full adress to naturabuy. what is your country ? , there is no adress for you in naturabuy. Please give them your full adress. If you cannot change colissimo to chronopost then , I will cancel the shiping and make a new one via chronopost out of naturabuy for the same price.

It is my full address. I've received so many items before. It doesn't allow me to put new address as my country for some reason is not included in the list of countries. It is Bulgaria. I can't even do a new address there as the country is not in the list .

It still says that you can't deliver to my address when I try to pay for it . I even tried to add an address, but it doesn't give Bulgaria in the options . I don't know what is happening. Usually if delivery to my country is not approved I can't even bid or make an offer for it . Now I did made an offer, but can't pay for it .

Please cancel the sale and list it it proper international postage . Where my country is included.

sorry about it , they said it was a new decision regarding bulgaria which seems impossible considering bulgaria is a european member.
